The Canadian Quadrathlon Federation is the national governing organisation of the sport, known as ITF Quadrathlon Canada (QITFCA). The “QITFCA” reports to the International Quadrathlon Federation<\/a> and supports all affiliated provincial federations. The QITFCA is based in Quebec.<\/p>

These federations aim to promote the quadrathlon as a sport, a way of life, and a tool for social development. The quadrathlon has existed since 1974 and held its first world championship in October of that year in Montreal.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t

Quadrathlon is a martial art from Korean, combining four disciplines.<\/h3>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t

Jumping
<\/strong>Jump as high as possible and hit or break a board held by specifically made stands whilst maintaining correct balance<\/p>

Breaking
<\/strong>Break as many boards as possible with only one hit<\/p>

Technical performance
<\/strong>Perform techniques of movement, defence and attack as well as breathing techniques that are traditionally learnt in a progressive and systematic order.<\/p>

Fighting
<\/strong>Attain a score advantage over an opponent. The fighting is performed dynamically with semi contact.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t
